Our Story: Building with Purpose
The vision for Ministry Development & Sustainable Trust (MDST) was born in 2009, stemming from a deep passion for both the construction industry and practical service to God. For several years, I had the privilege of contributing to the construction of a Mission College in Zambia, an experience that profoundly shaped my understanding of faith in action.
After relocating to New Zealand, establishing a new life presented its challenges. Yet, the initial vision never truly faded. A few years later, God reignited this calling through opportunities to assist with church maintenance projects. These experiences were incredibly encouraging and quickly led to a desire to help a Christchurch church redevelop their building, which had been significantly impacted by the earthquakes.
As I sought guidance through prayer, the path became clear. Doors opened, leading to the successful registration of the Ministry Development & Sustainable Trust as a Charitable Trust in New Zealand.
